NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - New Orleans police arrested a man that they said was walking around parts of Uptown pointing a gun at people and at passing cars. Police arrested Chase Hardesty on Sunday at the intersection of Magazine and Leontine streets. Police said a man and a woman first called them and told officers that they saw what appeared to be a gun barrel coming from the mail slot opening of an apartment door and facing the two victims.
