Saudi officials arrested a bunch of people including Prince Alwaleed bin Talal in what they are calling an anti-corruption raid. A psychedelic blend of crime and the paranormal, “Copenhagen Cowboy” on Netflix is the kind of tale that can only come from Nicolas Winding Refn’s imagination. The mystery around Miu is the focus of the first episode, but at the end of the show, it has grown significantly, opening the door for a larger plot in the future. The narrative advances at a pace that might be characterized as conventionally slow, taking its time with each shot and scene.
